Tizbig is Runnerup in Grade 3 Skip Away Stakes

Runnymede Farm-bred TIZBIG stepped up big on April 4th, 2009, with a second-place effort in Gulfstream Park's $100,000 Skip Away Stakes (G3).

The 4-year-old colt by Tiznow has now placed in two of his three graded starts. His dam, the Afleet mare Lovington, has two other stakes performers, including graded stakes winner Savorthetime, an earner of more than $600,000.

Tizbig hails from the family of successful stallions Ogygian and Honour and Glory. He was sold for $130,000 at the 2006 Keeneland September sale.
