Runnymede Farm graduates Baeza and Goal Oriented are set to take the stage on arguably the biggest day of racing across the globe — the Breeders’ Cup.

Goal Oriented, bred, raised, and sold by Runnymede Farm, is entered in the G1 Breeders’ Cup Dirt Mile. Coming into the race off a strong third-place finish in the G1 Pennsylvania Derby, the Bob Baffert trainee has proven remarkably consistent — in only five lifetime starts, he is multiple Grade 1-placed and has never finished worse than fourth, earning over $424,000. He will break from post 2 with morning-line odds of 6/1. Post time: 4:45 p.m. PT.

Baeza will contest the G1 Longines Breeders’ Cup Classic following his tremendous G1 Pennsylvania Derby victory. Bred by Grandview Stables and foaled, raised, and sold by Runnymede Farm, the son of the legendary broodmare Puca looks to add another Grade 1 title to his résumé and stand tall alongside his champion siblings Mage and Dornoch. Baeza has never finished off the board in his last seven starts — five of which were graded stakes — and boasts career earnings of over $1.5 million. He will also break from post 2, going off at 15/1. Post time: 3:45 p.m. PT.

Runnymede Farm is proud to be represented by these two outstanding graduates on racing’s grandest stage and extends best wishes to all of their connections at this year’s Breeders’ Cup.
