Solidarity, the three-year-old filly by Quality Road out of Afleet Alex mare, Bizzy Caroline, finished in second place by three lengths on Tuesday, October 18th at Presque Isle Downs. Having three other starts under her belt, Solidarity broke from post four out of a field of six with jockey Pablo Morales in the saddle for the one mile and seventy-yard maiden special weight on the all-weather track. The filly was never far from winner Juliette Falls, moving up two and three wide through the second turn. After coming three wide into the stretch, Solidarity edged up but placed three lengths behind the leader. A very exciting finish for the filly! 

Solidarity is owned in partnership with Catesby Clay and our friends LNJ Foxwoods. Bred by Runnymede and Catesby, Solidarity is out of Bizzy Caroline, the half-sister to Lady Eli. Bizzy Caroline won two Gr. 3 races during her career, finishing with four firsts, three seconds and three thirds out of seventeen starts. The filly will be offered for consignment at the 2022 Keeneland November Sale in book three as hip number 1336 as a Racing/Broodmare Prospect. She will be available for viewing in barn 2 on November 9th.
