Prowling Tiger finished victoriously in his latest start at Delaware Park on Saturday, July 8^th. The three year old colt by Kitten’s Joy out of Bizzy Caroline broke from post five with jockey Daniel Centeno as his rider for the eighth race on the card: a one and one sixteenth mile allowance race on the turf. After the start, Prowling Tiger found his way to the rail and stalked the two leaders by tracking the pace on the rail. The dark bay held this position, waiting for the right time to pounce on his prey.  Leaving the backstretch and coming into the final turn, Centeno slipped the colt through the opening on the inside and started to drive toward home. Prowling Tiger dueled with a foe while cruising down the stretch, but ultimately prevailed, finishing in the lead by one neck. Prowling Tiger is owned by Burning Daylight Farms and Rebecca Galbraith and is trained by Arnaud Delacour, who is quite familiar with the Sacre Coeur/Bizzy Caroline family, having trained the colt’s  half-sisters: Solidarity and Dame of Malta. The colt now has a record of 6-2-2-0 and has just over $71,000 in earnings. Congratulations to all of his connections! This is an exciting update for the Bizzy Caroline family!
