Cincy Belle, the two-year old filly out of Unbridled Gem, by Any Given Saturday won her second start on Saturday December 3rd, at Tampa Bay Downs. Taking a wide trip around the turf course, she settled quickly on the outside, moving effortlessly into second place at the clubhouse turn. Neck and neck down the stretch with She's Right Again, Cincy Belle easily moved ahead again when asked by jockey Daniel Centeno, winning by 3/4 of a length.
