Cincy Belle, the two-year old filly out of Unbridled Gem, by Any Given Saturday won her second start on Saturday December 3rd, at Tampa Bay Downs. Taking a wide trip around the turf course, she settled quickly on the outside, moving effortlessly into second place at the clubhouse turn.
